At the conclusion of this special event you will have plans and strategies in place so that everything you learned can be practically applied to your real life in the real world.
Katie Hardie
Katie started out in “Corporate America” but it didn’t take long for her to realize the lifestyle was causing her to develop the same unhealthy habits that we all face in our daily lives.
She proceeded to obtain certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, and wellness coaching; then got her Masters degree in Sport & Performance Psychology and completed the Cook Street School of Culinary Arts Professional Program.
The combination of all of these skills built the foundation for Hardie Peak Performance which is specifically designed to help clients achieve health and performance goals. Her robust curriculum includes cooking, nutrition and healthy eating with well-rounded performance and recovery strategies.
Katie is Colorado based and lives locally near C Lazy U Ranch. Katie’s priorities circle around her health, fitness and family. Through her journey she has found the healing backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and Grand County where she runs her business and helps like-minded clients. Katie’s passion and excitement is reflected with her community involvement helping others discover the transformative power of high-quality foods for healing and optimized performance.
