Fall Horseback Riding: What to Expect
- No horseback riding on check-in and check-out days.
- Trail rides in fall are walk and walk-trot with the possibility of lope rides if conditions permit.
- This event does not include cattle working. If you are interested in our Cattle Sorting Clinic, consider booking one of our week-long summer stays occurring mid-June to mid-August.
Escape to the Mountains for an Adults-Only October Getaway
Join us for a late-October retreat just for adults at C Lazy U Ranch. The air is crisp, the mountains are quiet, and the horses are calm. Days are perfect for outdoor adventures, and evenings invite you to unwind by the fire—whether in your private cabin or the Main Lodge.
Spend your mornings and afternoons riding scenic trails, or mix it up with guided hikes, ranger-led tours, archery, hatchet throwing, BB shooting, the ropes course, or the zipline. For something different, try your hand at trap shooting, indulge in a treatment at the Lazy You Spa, or recharge at the all-new Lazy You Hideaway, complete with cold plunges, a sauna, and a hot tub.
