The Evergreen Lodge

Positioned just a short walk from the main lodge while still feeling entirely private, this new luxury accommodation was designed specifically for groups who want shared space without sacrificing personal comfort. Each of the four private cabins includes its own en-suite bathroom, fireplace, and private deck overlooking the ranch.
Entire levels can be rented together, creating expansive two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites connected by a central living room with generous seating, kitchenettes, and nearly 1,800 square feet of space that still feels authentic and cozy rather than oversized or overwhelming. C Lazy U Ranch doesn’t operate designated “adults-only weeks,” but we find that certain windows throughout the year normally draw a quieter, more adult-focused crowd.
Spring, especially May through early June outside Memorial Day weekend, brings crisp mornings, green hillsides, and a calmer pace before summer travel fully begins. Fall offers another sweet spot, particularly from late August through October once Labor Day and Fall Break periods pass. The aspens turn gold, the air cools, and the ranch settles into a slower rhythm many guests return to experience multiple times.
Winter offers its own unique energy and festive, peaceful setting. From November through April, white peaks, powder-coated trails, and long evenings by the fire shift the atmosphere to something more contemplative and cozy, especially during non-holiday stretches.

Do we need horseback riding experience?
