Galante Vineyards, known for producing some of California’s finest wines, will take the stage in this unique culinary and wine experience. Jack Galante, with a rich history of cattle ranching, brings his western heritage to the forefront of his winemaking. From their hand-tooled leather wine labels, to their hand-etched and painted wine bottles by western artists, Galante Vineyards wines reflect the rugged elegance and craftsmanship synonymous with their western lifestyle. All Galante wines originate in estate vineyards of the highest quality, where the finest agricultural standards are applied and adhered to. Dawn Galante will share the stage with her husband presenting her Dawn’s Dream Wines. Dawn, a dedicated philanthropist, started Dawn’s Dream to produce wines of exceptional quality from some of the finest vineyards in California while maintaining a business model that allows for the opportunity to give back. Dawn’s unwavering passion for helping women and children matches her fervor for crafting exquisite wines. Her “Dream a Little Dream of Me!” mission is clear: to produce wines that not only delight the senses but also touch hearts. With a focus on Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Rosé, each sip of her award winning Burgundian style wines reveals exceptional quality and elegance, nurtured by fruit sourced from the finest vineyards in California.

Fall Horseback Riding: What to Expect
- No horseback riding on check-in and check-out days.
- Trail rides in fall are walk and walk-trot with the possibility of lope rides if conditions permit.
- This event does not include cattle working. If you are interested in our Working Cattle Ranch Experience, consider booking one of our week-long summer stays occurring mid-June to mid-August.
