The Latigo Room is the ranch’s newest luxury meeting space, designed with both executive retreats and corporate gatherings in mind. Here, you’ll find everything required for working hard and playing hard, including state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities, a private banquet room, private chef’s table, and wine vault featuring our award-winning selection.
For larger gatherings, the Hay Barn offers a flexible setting that can be arranged around the needs of any group. All of our meeting and entertaining spaces can be further customized around specific objectives, budgets, presentations, audiovisual requirements, themed breaks, and other programming considerations.

Spring, Summer & Fall
Warmer months in the Colorado mountains provide the picture-perfect western experience. Guest-favorite activities include horseback riding, guided hiking, mountain biking, yoga, tennis, archery, hatchet throwing, our game room, 24-hour fitness center, heated outdoor pool, and Hideaway Wellness Area. Groups can also take part in trap shooting, guided fishing, the ropes course and zip line, luxury camping, Lazy U Spa treatments, an Amazing Race, Wild West Carnival, and more.
Nearby off-ranch experiences are also available, such as golfing, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning, and skiing (depending on season and availability).
Winter
Snowy months turn the ranch into the kind of festive landscape some people think you can only find in a painting or postcard. On this canvas draped in white, your group can experience winter horseback riding, snow tubing, snowshoeing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, fat tire bike riding, our game room, 24-hour fitness center, and Hideaway Wellness Area.
Shuttles are also available to nearby Winter Park Ski Resort and Ski Granby Ranch.

At the renowned Lazy U Spa, groups can schedule one-of-a-kind therapeutic experiences, including copper “cowboy” tub soaks and spa treatments overlooking the river through a glass-bottom floor.
Food is another way the ranch aims to refill not just stomachs, but hearts and souls. Three gourmet meals are included each day, with seasonal menus designed around fresh Colorado ingredients. Meals also provide a natural opportunity for groups to sit down together without any reservations or cars to coordinate.
When a day reaches its end, individuals can find comfort and privacy with a diverse set of lodgings available around the property, all just a short walk from the main lodge.
Corporate Group Rates & Custom Proposals
C Lazy U’s all-inclusive group format simplifies your corporate event planning. Lodging, three daily meals, horseback riding, and most ranch activities (along with required equipment) are incorporated into the cost, while additional activities and services can be added based on the goals and budget of the retreat. Group Rates range from $600 – $900 (plus applicable taxes and resort fees) per person per night depending on single vs. double occupancy, the number of people and seasonal demand.
Proposals can be customized around meeting requirements, accommodations, activities, dining, group size, and timing. Our reservations team can offer suggestions and help planners determine which spaces and experiences make the most sense for their group.

C Lazy U can accommodate corporate groups of most types, with meeting spaces and lodging options that can be configured around group sizes ranging from a handful of people to a whole organization (roughly 8-80 people). The reservations team can recommend the best combination of spaces, accommodations, and activities based on your group size.
Can we customize the team-building activities?
