How Early Should Couples Get in Contact with the Ranch When Planning a Wedding?
If we haven’t already connected during the booking process, I will reach out to you once booked to set-up an initial planning meeting. While it is never too early to begin wedding plans, the bulk of the planning will occur in the six months prior to the wedding. Ranch visits and a tasting aid in the planning process.

What Support Do You Offer Leading Up to The Wedding Date and on the Day?
I will be by your side from start to finish during your planning journey, and I’ll be your dedicated on-site point of contact during your wedding weekend. When your special day arrives, I’ll be collaborating closely with you, your wedding planner’s team, your family, and the amazing C Lazy U Ranch team to ensure that everything goes off without a hitch.
What Wedding Vendors & Services are Provided By C Lazy U, Which are Optional, And Which will Couples Need to Arrange Themselves?
Included in the ranch wedding package, couples will have exclusive use of our 8,500 acre ranch, scenic photography and ceremony sites, a secluded honeymoon cabin, and all the typical amenities of our all-inclusive luxury resort.
Also included in the wedding package are linens, tables, chairs, dinnerware, and glassware. However, if you wish to explore upgraded options, those would need to be facilitated through third-party vendors, with costs covered by the wedding party. For aspects like floral arrangements, additional décor, live music, and entertainment, external vendors are required. Any services these third-party vendors offer should be coordinated directly by couples or their external wedding planner.
C Lazy U also offers gourmet catering from our Executive Chef Cory Untch; custom wedding cake and dessert options from our star pastry chef, Elliot Ramirez Chavez; and bar packages, including wine curated by our on-site sommelier, Tony Collier.
What Should Couples Consider When Planning a Wedding at C Lazy U?
Couples should envision the season that aligns with their mountain wedding vision. Our wedding availability spans Winter, Spring, and Fall. On-site, we can comfortably host up to 80-85 people. Choosing the perfect ceremony and reception sites is another important decision for couples to make. As our offering includes a destination wedding weekend buyout package, it’s essential for this format to align with each couple’s unique vision.
