Fall Horseback Riding: What to Expect
- No horseback riding on check-in and check-out days.
- Trail rides in fall are walk and walk-trot with the possibility of lope rides if conditions permit.
- This event does not include cattle working. If you are interested in our Working Cattle Ranch Experience, consider booking one of our week-long summer stays occurring mid-June to mid-August.

While C Lazy U Ranch is family-friendly with wagonloads of all-age activities all year long, we know the pleasures of sleeping in, adult-only conversations (uninterrupted!) and re-connecting with the other grown-ups in your life. Relax at the ranch in our luxury accommodations – and take in the fall foliage and weather that Colorado is known for with gourmet meals, evening entertainment and fall activities.
From yoga, swimming and spa treatments to tennis, hiking, horseback riding, trap shooting, fishing and mountain biking, our Adults-Only Weekend will allow you to reconnect to the great outdoors and each other.
