If you already know your way around a mountain bike, feel free to take off across the trails that run throughout our guest ranch (all 8,500 acres!) Take an early morning ride to start your day off right, or wind down with an afternoon/early evening mountain bike ride on your own. If you need a mountain biking refresher – or have never biked before – sign up in the Outfitter’s Cabin for a guided tour with our avid mountain biking guides. Our dude ranch guides are passionate about mountain biking. We provide mountain biking opportunities for all ages and skill levels, making it an ideal activity for your family summer vacation.
You can even leave your favorite bike at home when you plan your family vacation in Colorado because C Lazy U all-inclusive ranch provides everything you need for a fun and safe adventure, from the bike itself to all the essential safety gear. For those who have never biked before, our staff is passionate about teaching you the basics, including what safety gear to wear and the proper riding practices to follow. We can also teach more advanced methods if you spend enough time at C Lazy U ranch to perfect your mountain biking technique. Similar to horseback riding – but delivering a completely different experience – mountain biking is the best way to experience the breathtaking scenery of C Lazy U guest ranch in Colorado.
Guided and unguided riding is available 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. All necessary equipment is provided for your convenience and the ranch has a fleet of dual suspension, front suspension, and even 29er bikes.

An incredible ranch experience for our group of nine people - 5 adults and 4 children ages 6 - 11. We had never been on horses, but by the end of the week, the kids were loping and participating in the "showdeo". The attention to detail, the amazing food, the variety of activities for all ages, the lovely tented spa experience and the beautiful scenery all added up to the best vacation we have ever had!
