The piece, highlighting bucolic hotel restaurants and how they survived (thrived) during the pandemic, profiles C Lazy U and Chef Cory alongside equally impressive and notable chefs, such as Hugh Acheson and Claudette Zepeda.
Also known as “Gramping,” skip-gen vacations are those where the kids vacation with the grandparents and the parents are not along. The website, Fly Fishing Ranches & Lodges, published a feature article with tips for planning an epic fly-fishing vacation, and C Lazy U was highlighted as one of the best fishing lodge in Colorado!

I have never been to a place where EVERY employee is so nice!!! Everyone I encountered was kind, had a good attitude, and went out of their way to be helpful. That shows a lot of attention to detail. Also the activities were amazing. The food was also excellent. My kids did not want to leave. This was one of the best vacations I have been on! Thank you all so much. The water bottle and chapstick was a nice touch. They both came in handy.
