Worry-Free Rates
Our group rates are all-inclusive and provide lodging, meals and most ranch activities. Groups rates fluctuate depending on the size of the group, the number of nights and whether or not you have 1 or 2 people in each room. Typically the rate ranges from $470 to $684 per person per night.
Inclusive Package:
- Lodging in guest cabins – Single and Double occupancy options
- C Lazy U Ranch has 39 guest cabins with 49 bedrooms and the ranch can host groups of 40-90 people
- Groups can also Buyout the entire 8,500 acres ranch for the ultimate luxury experience
- Gourmet Dining included in the rate:
- All meals are included and prepared by our executive chef and culinary team starting with dinner on the day of arrival through lunch on the day of departure.
- Breakfast is served as a buffet with made to order options
- Lunch is served as a multi-course buffet outdoors at the Patio House May through October and indoors January through April
- Dinners are a prix-fixe (pre-determined) 4-5 course dining experience – daily selections are chosen by the Executive Chef and typically start with passed appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a soup or a salad, protein and/or fish selections paired with sides and followed with desert
- All meals can be customized to the group’s needs and may require an additional fee depending on complexity of the chosen selections
- We cater to all dietary restrictions at no additional cost
- Enjoy limitless activities and team building include in the package price:
- Two daily horseback rides
- Orvis endorsed fly-fishing on your own
- Archery, hatchet throwing and bb gun shooting
