Guests arrive for check-in at 3:00 PM. Between 2:00–5:00 PM, you’ll participate in a rider assessment where you’ll meet the team, review your experience, and receive horse assignments. At 6:30 PM, we hold a ranch orientation to introduce you to the facilities, staff, and weekly activities.
The Shodeo is Saturday at 2:30 PM and only offered during the 10 family weeks of the summer, mid-June through mid-August. I have never been to a place where EVERY employee is so nice!!! Everyone I encountered was kind, had a good attitude, and went out of their way to be helpful. That shows a lot of attention to detail. Also the activities were amazing. The food was also excellent. My kids did not want to leave. This was one of the best vacations I have been on! Thank you all so much. The water bottle and chapstick was a nice touch. They both came in handy.
