Fall Horseback Riding: What to Expect
- No horseback riding on check-in and check-out days.
- Trail rides in fall are walk and walk-trot with the possibility of lope rides if conditions permit.
- This event does not include cattle working. If you are interested in our Working Cattle Ranch Experience, consider booking one of our week-long summer stays occurring mid-June to mid-August.

From September 1–4, the ranch shifts into a calm, grown-up rhythm. The aspens start turning gold, the days stay warm, and the nights are cool enough for fireside cocktails and starlit soaks. Ride through wide-open trails, indulge in spa treatments, linger over gourmet meals—and do it all without a schedule packed for kids.
This year, we’re also featuring The Hideaway, our new adults-only wellness lounge complete with a sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge pools—ideal after a long ride or just because you can.
