From the Horse's Mouth
We arrived late at night and received the warmest welcome of any vacation experience we have ever had. We were a little lost, it was dark but someone walked up to our car in the freezing cold (I think it was Taylor, the night manager) and said "Hello, we have been waiting for your arrival. Welcome Borsari family. You must be hungry, we have your plates waiting for you upstairs. Come on up to the lodge when you are ready and we will have your dinner waiting. Don't worry about checking in, we can take care of all that tomorrow. Come and get warmed up." My husband and I actually wanted to cry. LOL! we were all starving and he read our minds. The welcome was the warmest we have ever received, anywhere.
