Rates vary based on number
of people, number of rooms, type and location of accommodations.
Rates include upscale accommodations, 3 meals per
day, trail rides with a horse assigned to each guest
for the duration of his/her stay, lake and stream
fishing, evening entertainment, swimming in a heated
pool, tennis, whirlpool, sauna, game room, exercise
area and supervised program for children 3-12 and
teens.
- Children 3 - 5 receive a $200.00 per week discount.
- Children 6 and over are priced as adults.
- Children under age 3 require a nanny.
- 20% service charge and sales tax of 5.7% are not
included in the rates.
- We Accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
- No Pets Please.
- We are open for conferences and retreats prior
to June 8 and after September 19, 2008.
All reservations should be made in advance. An advance
deposit of 30% of the total lodging amount is required.
This amount is credited to your account or is refunded
if we are notified of a cancellation 60 days in advance
of your arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled
or shortened and we are unable to rent the space,
the entire deposit is forfeited. We strongly advise
you to consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.
You may obtain this insurance through your insurance
carrier or travel agent.
