In addition to downhill skiing in the winter, Winter Park Resort offers a variety of activities in the Summer and Fall including: the all-famous Alpine Slide, the Zepher Express scenic chair lift, Mini Golf, Human Maze, Outdoor Climbing Wall, GyroXtreme and Leaps & Bounds Bungee.

Over the long and rich course of our history, the C Lazy U was the only guest ranch in North America to attain both the celebrated Five-Diamond and Five-Star ratings. However, due to changes in the grading system that would require us to incorporate certain commercial aspects to maintain our status, we have opted out as a rated resort since we felt those did not complement our unique western atmosphere. We are proud of our five star legacy and continue to honor its exceptional standards with what we term five "spur" service.

A portion of this operation is conducted on the Arapahoe National Forest under a special use permit from the U. S. Bureau of Land Management and the U. S. Forest Service.
