River North and South are typically sold to families where the parents stay in the front and the kids occupy the back. All will find the setup a very spacious combination. River East is perfect for one family sharing a bathroom between the front and back bedrooms.

Over the long and rich course of our history, the C Lazy U was the only guest ranch in North America to attain both the celebrated Five-Diamond and Five-Star ratings. However, due to changes in the grading system that would require us to incorporate certain commercial aspects to maintain our status, we have opted out as a rated resort since we felt those did not complement our unique western atmosphere. We are proud of our five star legacy and continue to honor its exceptional standards with what we term five "spur" service.

A portion of this operation is conducted on the Arapahoe National Forest under a special use permit from the U. S. Bureau of Land Management and the U. S. Forest Service.
