Fall is the perfect time for group vacations, wedding and honeymoons at the C Lazy U. It is one of the most beautiful times of year here at the Ranch. The Aspen leaves turn a vibrant gold, the air is crisp and there is always plenty to do! With the kids back in school, why not schedule a fall getaway for yourselves enjoy an adults-only horseback riding vacation or a fly-fishing vacation on private waters? Ladies can enjoy the Lazy You Spa while their men-folk are out fishing and hunting, and everyone will enjoy roaming the range on horseback. Hiking, mountain biking and tennis are also favorite activities on the Ranch in autumn.

Over the long and rich course of our history, the C Lazy U was the only guest ranch in North America to attain both the celebrated Five-Diamond and Five-Star ratings. However, due to changes in the grading system that would require us to incorporate certain commercial aspects to maintain our status, we have opted out as a rated resort since we felt those did not complement our unique western atmosphere. We are proud of our five star legacy and continue to honor its exceptional standards with what we term five "spur" service.

A portion of this operation is conducted on the Arapahoe National Forest under a special use permit from the U. S. Bureau of Land Management and the U. S. Forest Service.
