Be sure and check out our fitness center where you can work out anytime, take a yoga class or sign up for a session with our personal trainer. We have an improved selection of brand new equipment and added features. The fitness center is located in the Patio House and is open for you 24 hours a day. Due to our energy- conservation program, the lights are turned off at 10:00 PM, but you can feel free to use it at your convenience.
Yoga
Take a yoga class while you're here and stretch those muscles. The Ranch offers Hatha yoga, a form of yoga that increase the body’s strength and flexibility through a combination of poses and breathing techniques. All levels are welcome! Instructor, Margaret Strom, RYT, is a nationally-certified trainer and owner of Mountain Moon Yoga in Winter Park. Margaret has been teaching for 12 years and combines her background in lyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Viniyoga with gentleness and compassion to honor each student’s strengths and challenges. The Yoga class is held in the Patio House and is a complimentary service. All you need to do is sign up!
Personal Training
As a man of many talents, Freddy Mooney is also a certified personal trainer. Freddy is available for personal training sessions on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM, Thursdays at 4:30 PM & 5:30 PM, Fridays at 5:00 PM and Saturday at 11:30 AM. Sessions are one hour long and are $75.00.
